COVID and TOURS

• Omicron is no joke. People who are fully vaccinated and boosted are testing positive, up 20%.
• We are reinstating mask requirements at all times in the shop
• You should feel empowered to call out people for not wearing their mask and let the board know

Shop news

• We've set up a payment plan for our lawyer
• The independent shop cleans are going well
• Separating the tour and orientation at tours has been going really well
• Electromagnetic door lock is coming along
• We've gotten permission to make the downstairs bathroom more ADA
• Game nights
• There should be a procedure for the membership to vote out or remove a board member they feel is no longer doing their job, would probably require an amendment to the constitution
• Kiefer is taking March off
• Board should discuss changing mask requirements at the next board meeting
