Member Meeting Minutes for December 1st, 2021

Beebo called this meeting to order at 7:45pm

As long as members are vaccinated, masks are optional. Those who aren't vaccinated are required to mask up!
We still ask that everyone clean up after themselves and wash their hands often.
The Board has been scrambling to fill tour dates. Please consider volunteering to be a tour guide.

Tusten Tot Lot Solar Panel project is ongoing.
CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF
Work on the Big Lathe is ongoing. AVOID TOUCHING IT UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
Computers have been cleaned, all crypto miners removed, tighter administration on them to prevent that from happening again.
This accelerates something we were already looking into, which is moving to a system where people will log into computers with their RFID tag and have individual user accounts. We will be leveraging Azure Cloud for this, which will also give everyone 1GB of cloud storage.
RFID-ing into the laser cutter is also in progress.
Need to double down on classes.
Rob is selling his keyboards.
