HackPGH member’s meeting agenda for June 18th, 2019

Call to order

Quote

Old business

  • We need to pick up a new fridge, status?
  • Laaaaptops?!
  • CNC proposal: Sounds like we've narrowed it down to two decent options. What more do we need to do to bring it to a vote?
  • Fresh Fest (August 10th) -- Fresh Fest is the only Black-run beer fest in the country. Coasters?
  • We want to make thank-you coasters for our 10-year anniversary party Status?
  • Makernet -- Simon's played with their software, it looks good, they're annoyingly uncommunicative, one of the co-founders died in a car crash last month :-(
  • Reminder, WA changeover is this month.  :|

New business

  • We should have a garage sale sometime this summer
  • We should also chop down some plants
  • Board has been a bit floppy with Simon out of town and Sean/Bethany moving, what do we need to catch up on as far as members are concerned?
