Parts and Kits
- Adafruit Lady Ada's shop where she sells her kits including many of the Arduino shields that we showed.
- BBB Arduino Maker of a couple Arduino kits like the BBB and the RBBB Arduinos.
- eBay Yep that's right eBay. I get a ton of parts from eBay. Cheapest way I have found to get LEDs by far. The Chinese manufacturers tend to sell direct on eBay.
- FunGizmos- Arduinos and related components and accessories
- Hacktronics.com Arduinos, microcontrollers, components, & accessories
- MakerShed This is the store for Make Magazine. They sell lots of kits, books, and supplies. They are a great resource and if you watch they have discount coupons very often.
- NKC Electronics This is the company that supplied the kits for the class and helped us out so much.
- OctoPart OctoPart is a search engine for electronics parts. Why check digikey, jameco, newark, or others separately when you can just have OctoPart search them all for you and find the best price.
- Sparkfun A great resource for parts and kits. There prices can be high but often it's the easiest way to get exactly what you need.
