  • Gwen volunteered to work on local sponsor week before/of Thanksgiving
  • Mandy volunteered to work up poster for event, send to list for feedback
  • Val volunteered to print (silkscreen - prob 1-2 colours and fancypants paper) posters (quantity 10-15, more than that we need to go to Kinkos, etc.)
  • Doug to set up email list, wiki page.
  • Doug volunteered to do some kind of POV bicycle wheel display.

  • Have three raffle baskets: Tech, Craft, Holiday
    • Raffle tickets. (We have huge roll of raffle tickets in the shop already)
    • Raffle ticket collection "boxes"
    • When do we draw the raffle tickets?
    • Members donate items for each
    • Shop supply free 1-month membership coupon? Should have expiration date (maybe Mar 31st)
    • Maybe get Growler or Growler coupon/gift-certificate?
    • Maybe get one of the Meade makers at the shop to donate a bottle? (via coupon so we don't immediately compete with the bar)
  • Open event, no door tickets (bathroom access was the killer issue)
