  • Gwen volunteered to work on local sponsor week before/of Thanksgiving
  • Mandy volunteered to work up poster for event, send to list for feedback
  • Val volunteered to print posters (quantity 10-15, more than that we need to go to Kinkos, etc.)
  • Doug to set up email list, wiki page.
  • Doug volunteered to do some kind of POV bicycle wheel display.

  • Have three baskets: Tech, Craft, Holiday
    • Members donate items for each, shop pays for some items?
    • Raffle tickets. (We have huge roll of raffle tickets in the shop already)

    • Is good for one drink up to $5
